Meeting Rooms

Meeting room space is available for non-profit/non-fee based groups to use without charge. Rooms must be reserved in advance by phone or in person during the library’s normal business hours. Utilization of the meeting rooms requires the responsible party to fill out a Meeting Room Application Form prior to the start of the meeting.

Because of fire code regulations, the number of occupants for each meeting room may not exceed the maximum number listed for each room.

 

Coal Mine Meeting Room

Includes kitchenette, 36 seated at 8 tables or theater seating for 50 people, a projector with screen and conference call capabilities.

Seating for 8 around one table.
