The Waukee Public Library offers a variety of  indivudual tax forms and booklets. Please call the library ahead of time to make sure we have what you need (515-978-7944). You can always use our Internet stations to print from the IRS and State of Iowa tax sites (printing/copying = 15 cents/page).

Other options:

- Federal tax forms may be printed from the IRS Web site (requires free Adobe Reader – available on all Library stations). Forms for the new tax year tend to appear after the new year (for filing the following April).
- More obscure forms may not be included in our masters, but they can ALL be found on the IRS Web site.
- The IRS Web site also has previous years’ tax forms to download and print.
- Printing and copying both cost 15 cents per page at the Library.
- Federal income tax forms may also be requested by phone (to be mailed to you) by calling 1-800-829-3676 (1-800-TAX-FORM).
