Bloody Science

Learn about what blood is made of, how it travels through the body, and how it aids in organ function. Each student will get to make a bag of fake blood. Curriculum for this program was developed by Iowa State University Program for Women in Science and Engineering. For students in grades 10-12. Registration is required.

Parents and care-givers do not need to stay for this event, but students should have a ride home promptly at the end of the program if the student does not have their own transportation.

This same event will be offered for tweens and teens in grades 6-9 on February 27 at 6:30 PM.
