Come learn the basics of bread-making! Benjamin Gardner, owner of Almanac Bread Bakery, will teach you everything you need to know about fermentation, levain, flours, kneading, and baking. This course will focus on naturally levened bread—what most people call sourdough-- as a base for understanding a number of bread baking principles.
