At Home Sound Bath with Hannah Rush
Embrace Self-Care Awareness Month is an at-home sound bath!
A sound bath is a guided meditative journey. Using instruments tuned to 432 hz, the vibrational frequencies relax the body, calm the mind, clear the subconscious and activate the body’s natural healing systems. Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Paiste gongs, Tibetan Singing Bowls, and Koshi Chimes are just a few of the healing instruments Hannah will use during the sound bath. After the session you will feel as if you’ve had a full night of sleep, reduced stress and anxiety, and heightened clarity of mind. You are encouraged lay down during your at-home sound bath session and are encouraged to use a mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, sleeping bag, or anything else that makes you feel comfortable.
No registration is required for this online session. The Sound Bath will be posted on this event page and will also be viewable via the Library's Facebook page.
