Mindful Teen: From Surviving to Thriving In a Busy World

This will be a 6 week online series from October 5 to November 9, from 7-8pm on Mondays via Zoom.

This program is for youth in grades 7-12. Participants will recieve a free copy of the book Mindful Teen workbook and will learn strategies each week to help manage stress, handle difficult emotions, and to improve overall well-being in relationships, school, sports, the arts and other daily activities. It is important to attend as many of the weekly sessions as possible to get the most out of the class.

Space is limited. If you know you will not be able to attend at least most of the sessions, please leave the space open for another participant.

Iowa State University Extension and Outreach staff will be leading this course.
