Teen Mindfulness Retreat
Students will participate in a variety of activities to learn strategies to help manage stress, handle difficult emotions, and to improve overall well-being in relationships, school, sports, the arts and other daily activities. This program is for youth entering grades 7-12. Participants will receive a Mindful Teen workbook. This program is based on the Mindful Teen curriculum developed by Iowa State University Extension and Outreach. Pizza will be served for lunch.
