This month’s talk by Laura McPike of Powerback Rehab will focus on components for living a well-balanced life with an emphasis on physical fitness. You’ll learn useful guidelines for creating strength training programs that suit different age groups and functions, and how to monitor for safety during cardiovascular exercise. Laura will walk you through suggested basic, beneficial exercises that are easy to incorporate into your life. No experience or fitness wear needed.
