The library will be undergoing building renovations from November 15 thru January 31. During this time our meeting rooms will be unavailable for use.
The Coal Mine Meeting Room will be unavailable from December 1 - January 31.
The Waukee Meeting Room will be unavailable from November 15 - January 31.
Meeting room space is available for non-profit/non-fee based groups to use without charge. Rooms must be reserved in advance by phone or in person during the library’s normal business hours. Utilization of the meeting rooms requires the responsible party to fill out a Meeting Room Application Form prior to the start of the meeting.

Because of fire code regulations, the number of occupants for each meeting room may not exceed the maximum number listed for each room.
